After suffering with frostbite on numerous occassions over the past 30 years, finding these glove-liners were a god-send. Even riding at temperature 6 degrees above zero on my motorcycle, wearing winter-rated work gloves, my hands were cold, but did not get frostbit. On temperatures around freezing, my hands did not get cold at all. I am buying a couple more pairs as extra. When they got dirty, I hand laundered them in cold water and laid them flat to dry.
